There are many types of postural distortion & misalignments. Which type do you have?
Some types are: sway, flat, military, kyphotic, torsional, forward, hyperlordotic, and scoliosis.

Get an outlined system for correcting your specific type

There are many specific exercises but which ones are corrective & specific to your spinal distortion? Some main exercises are: upper and lower cross exercise, McKenzie exercise, lateral translation, exercise on custom fulcrum, pelvic internal rotation w/ half ab contraction, and spinal decompression.
